I have used Legacy Appliance Repair 2 times. He is the only one in Erie County that works on and fixes Samsung appliances and the BEST. Jon is very professional and always gets my dryer working again like it's brand new. He is very informative on telling you what is wrong and even goes the extra mile to get your appliance done in a timely manner. Thank You Jon for your amazing service that you do!

Jon helped us out a ton, especially during pandemic when NOBODY was responding or had openings for months! We did what we had to do, as anyone should, as he was of course slammed with pleas for help, but he got there when he said he would, which was in a very timely manner, was professional, reasonable and solved our problem EVERY time. Jon was incredibly quick on 2 occasions inspecting my washing machine and my dishwasher. He was honest and gave me quotes for repairs. My washer was not such a simple fix, so he helped me get a new one for less than the replacement part, and my dishwasher was up and running very quickly. Legacy appliance has my business!
